## Questions & answers

### Does a QR request go straight to the kitchen?

No. Staff review it first. Acceptance adds the items to the same unsent table order; the team then sends them to preparation.

### Is the displayed subtotal the final bill?

It is an item estimate. Prices are checked when staff accept the request, and final taxes and totals appear on the bill.
