## Sales and collections each tell a story.

Issued invoices form the basis of sales reporting. Collections and refunds are shown distinctly, so money recorded as received is not mistaken for the amount sold.

Menu sales help you see recorded items and sold quantities. Choose a period, use supported filters and review the underlying invoices rather than relying on a headline total alone.

Current service shows what is still open now. Day-close records preserve what was recorded at closing. The inventory snapshot is current stock; selecting historical dates does not turn it into historical inventory.

### Can an accountant have access without running the floor?

Yes. Nimki has a permitted reports audience for Accountant staff. Owner-only day actions are not granted by that reports access.

### Does Nimki file taxes or certify my accounts?

No. Reports, exports and taxation records support review. They do not constitute tax filing, statutory certification or independent accounting advice.
