## A table is more than a bill.

Start a visit from an available table. Open an occupied table to continue its existing order. Floors, areas and status filters help your team find the place they need.

## Send what is ready to go.

Build the order with menu choices and quantities. Send selected items as a round, and keep later additions with the same visit. Held items have an explicit restore and send step, so the team stays in control.

The floor takes the order. The kitchen prepares it. The cashier handles the bill. Staff with combined responsibilities can use the tools their access allows, without losing the order along the way.

Payment, the receipt and table availability are separate steps. Once guests leave, the floor team can clean the table and mark it available for the next visit.

## Questions & answers

### Can I offer table service and counter sales together?

Yes. Choose tables, counter, or both in service setup. When both are enabled, you can also choose the starting view for staff.

### Does Nimki support offline selling?

Confirmed orders, billing and sign-in need an internet connection. Saved drafts and recovery tools help with interruptions, but full offline selling is not currently supported.
