### Can the same person take and prepare a counter order?

Yes, when the service configuration and that person’s access allow it. Nimki also supports a separate kitchen preparation flow.

### Does Nimki automatically run café marketing campaigns?

Customer lookup and supported loyalty tools exist. Automated messaging campaigns and WhatsApp marketing are not currently available.
