Can I use Nimki for tables and counter orders?
Yes. Choose table service, counter sales, or both. You can also choose whether a separate kitchen prepares orders and when counter guests pay. Nimki keeps the same order connected as your team takes it through service.
How does guest QR ordering work?
Guests open your menu and send an order request. Your team reviews and accepts the request before it joins the order, so the restaurant stays in control of service.
Does Nimki work when the connection drops?
Nimki helps preserve supported drafts and makes uncertain actions clear, so your team can check what happened before continuing. A reliable connection is needed for confirmed orders and billing. Offline payments are not supported.
Can I import my existing menu?
Yes. Import a CSV, XLSX or XLS spreadsheet, choose the worksheet and map its columns. Review the items and preview the changes before adding them. Photo and PDF menu imports are not available yet.
How do I get started?
Create your account in the Nimki app, verify your email, and follow the setup guide for your business, service flow, menu, tables and team. These Core, Growth and Scale cards preview the planned launch catalogue; plan availability and checkout are still being finalised.
