GUEST QR MENU & REQUESTS
A little more freedom for the guest. A clear review step for your team. QR requests join the same table order after staff accept them.
Review with your team
before adding to service.
Guests can search dishes, explore categories and choose available options.
Staff accept or decline the request before it becomes part of service.
Accepted items join the unsent table order for the team to send onwards.
Dish photos, descriptions, dietary labels and allergen filters help guests explore. Sizes, extras, quantities and preparation notes help them express the order they want.
The guest sends items to staff rather than directly to the kitchen. Your team reviews the request, accepts the items into the order or declines with a message where appropriate.
Accepted items remain with the same table visit. Staff can review them alongside other unsent items, then send the round through the usual preparation flow.
Authorised staff can create or revoke a table link. Guests can check request status, and unavailable links guide them back to the team for a current one.
Good to know
No. Staff review it first. Acceptance adds the items to the same unsent table order; the team then sends them to preparation.
It is an item estimate. Prices are checked when staff accept the request, and final taxes and totals appear on the bill.
